Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At CaseDukaan, we take pride in delivering quality mobile accessories. However, in case of any issues, please read our exchange and cancellation policy carefully.


🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only if:

  • You have received the wrong product or a damaged product

  • The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery

  • A clear and complete unboxing video is shared as proof

✅ If your exchange request is approved:

  • We will arrange pickup of the original product

  • The replacement will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned product

  • Entire exchange process may take 7–10 working days

❌ We do not offer exchange in the following cases:

  • If you ordered the wrong product or phone model

  • If the product is used or tampered

  • If unboxing video is not provided


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

  • COD orders cannot be canceled after dispatch
