At CaseDukaan, we take pride in delivering quality mobile accessories. However, in case of any issues, please read our exchange and cancellation policy carefully.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only if:

You have received the wrong product or a damaged product

The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery

A clear and complete unboxing video is shared as proof
✅ If your exchange request is approved:

We will arrange pickup of the original product

The replacement will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned product

Entire exchange process may take 7–10 working days
❌ We do not offer exchange in the following cases:

If you ordered the wrong product or phone model

If the product is used or tampered

If unboxing video is not provided
❌ Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

COD orders cannot be canceled after dispatch
