At CaseDukaan, we are committed to delivering quality mobile accessories. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help — with a few simple conditions.
🕒 1. Return Eligibility Window
You can request a return or replacement within 24 hours of receiving the product. After 24 hours, we will not be able to accept the request.
📦 2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for return or replacement:

The item must be unused and in original condition

It must be returned in the original packaging

A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory — from opening the package to showing the product clearly

No exchange/refund without the unboxing video will be accepted
❗ 3. Non-Returnable Cases
The following cases are not eligible for return or refund:

Wrong product ordered by the customer (e.g. wrong phone model)

Partially paid Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — these are non-refundable
Only if we have shipped the wrong or damaged product, a replacement will be arranged (with proper unboxing video as proof).
💸 4. Refund Process
If your return is approved:

Refund will be processed to your bank account or original payment method

It may take 5–10 business days after product inspection and approval

For prepaid orders, refund is done after verification

For COD orders, you must share your bank account details via email
🚚 5. Replacement Process
In case of a replacement:

The original product will be picked up from your address

Replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item

This process may take 7–10 working days
