Return & Refund Policy

At CaseDukaan, we are committed to delivering quality mobile accessories. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help — with a few simple conditions.


🕒 1. Return Eligibility Window

You can request a return or replacement within 24 hours of receiving the product. After 24 hours, we will not be able to accept the request.


📦 2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory — from opening the package to showing the product clearly

  • No exchange/refund without the unboxing video will be accepted


❗ 3. Non-Returnable Cases

The following cases are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Wrong product ordered by the customer (e.g. wrong phone model)

  • Partially paid Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — these are non-refundable

Only if we have shipped the wrong or damaged product, a replacement will be arranged (with proper unboxing video as proof).


💸 4. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your bank account or original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days after product inspection and approval

  • For prepaid orders, refund is done after verification

  • For COD orders, you must share your bank account details via email


🚚 5. Replacement Process

In case of a replacement:

  • The original product will be picked up from your address

  • Replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • This process may take 7–10 working days

  1. Order ID

  2. Unboxing video

  3. Reason for return

  4. Photos (if applicable)
